WHAT WE OFFER
Our goal is simple, give our clients financial guidance with the highest standards of care and integrity.
INDEPENDENT:
FEE-ONLY:
FIDUCIARY:
Being an independent firm means we are not bound to any specific financial institution or their products, and can instead recommend whatever is best for our clients’ specific needs.
Fee-only means we receive no commissions or incentives for recommending any specific investments to our clients. We receive the same compensation regardless of our recommendations. Clients know and see what they pay us for our services.
Just a fancy way of saying we must always act in the best interest of our clients. This may seem obvious, but the vast majority of “financial advisors” are not held to this standard. This is the “golden-rule” of financial advising.

WORKING TOGETHER
The right advisor makes all the difference.
Financial planning is a long-term relationship—not a transaction. That’s why finding the right fit is so important. You deserve to work with someone you trust, respect, and feel comfortable turning to throughout life’s financial decisions.
To help you decide, we’ve identified three key questions to help you determine if we’re the right fit for your journey:
1. DO YOU SEE YOUR WEALTH AS A TOOL FOR BUILDING A LEGACY AND INVESTING IN WHAT MATTERS MOST?
2. ARE YOU FOCUSED ON LONG-TERM GROWTH OVER SHORT-TERM GAINS?
3. DO YOU WANT A TRUSTED PROFESSIONAL TO WALK WITH YOU THROUGH LIFE’S FINANCIAL DECISIONS?
IF THOSE IDEAS ALIGN WITH YOUR VALUES, LET‘S TALK.
We’d be honored to learn more about your goals and explore how we might support you—no pressure, just a genuine conversation about your future.

ABOUT ME
CLAYTON PHILLIPS CFP®
I became a financial advisor because I saw early on how much clarity and peace good financial guidance can bring. While studying Finance at Washington State University, I interned with a Christian advisor who not only managed investments with wisdom, but also made time each week to mentor students and share his faith. That balance of purpose and practicality inspired me.
Over the years, I’ve worked in firms where it became clear that many advisors were more focused on gathering assets than truly helping clients live with freedom and intentionality. I started this firm to offer something different; financial guidance that aligns with your values, timelines, and life goals. I believe your money should serve your family, your community, and the Kingdom of God; not just accumulate in accounts without purpose.
Here’s how that plays out: I take a thoughtful approach to investment management that accounts for when and why the money will be needed, not just where markets are headed. I also offer faith-based investing options, something less than 1% of Oregon advisors actively promote. My goal is to help you steward your resources with wisdom, generosity, and peace of mind.
A Bit About Me Personally
Beaverton has been home for over 15 years. I’m thankful to live near extended family and be part of a close-knit church community. Life outside of work is filled with family. I’m a proud husband and dad to four energetic kids. Evenings often include playing in the yard, reading bedtime stories, and catching up with friends over coffee or at church on Sunday.
Faith isn’t just part of my life, it shapes everything I do and my work is an extension of my calling to love God and love people. I’m involved in mentoring youth, discipling others, and I serve on the board of a nonprofit that shares the gospel through sports. I’m also continuing to grow professionally and spiritually. I’m currently taking a biblical stewardship certification course and reading about generosity and eternal impact.

THE GUIDING PRINCIPLES I USE IN EVERY CLIENT RELATIONSHIP:
FINANCIAL PLANNING
Good Counsel
“Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.” — Proverbs 15:22Diligence
“The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but those who are hasty come only to poverty.” — Proverbs 21:5Preparation
“Set your house in order, for you shall die.” — Isaiah 38:1
INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
Diversification
“Ship your grain across the sea; after many days you may receive a return. Invest in seven ventures, yes, in eight; you do not know what disaster may come upon the land.” — Ecclesiastes 11:1–2Prudence
“The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it.” — Proverbs 27:12Patience
“Wealth gained hastily will dwindle, but whoever gathers little by little will increase it.” — Proverbs 13:11
GIFT PLANNING
Generosity That Multiplies
“One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty.” — Proverbs 11:24Prosper Through Giving
“A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.” — Proverbs 11:25Sow for the Future
“Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.” — 2 Corinthians 9:6True Treasure
“They are to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share... so that they may take hold of that which is truly life.” — 1 Timothy 6:18–19Lasting Legacy
“An inheritance gained hastily in the beginning will not be blessed in the end.” — Proverbs 20:21
